Answers: i dont think you can.
you can find them by searching for a question you know they asked though click on their avatar or the name under it soorry that is no longer allowed.. you dont, it not a social networking site as such, it is a questions & answers forum.
If you like a persons answers and wish to communicate with them, you click their avatar picture, there you find their profile.
