Hey I'm a Aries woman and I dated a Libra man, He was very romantic at first, and very agressive he wanted me and he wasnt going to stop. I gave him compliments a lot. I guess it got to his head he became big-headed, so I moved on. Now he wont leave me alone- he comes by my house unannounced all times of the night- I try to ignore him, he's crazy to me now, I wish I would've never dealt with him.

Gemini is definitely the best for a Libra man. Aquarius is probably the second best, because Aquarius's need for an more impersonal love (aka lots of friends and ideas) can get in the way of Libra's obsession with making a perfect pair. Sagittarius is not a bad choice by any means either.
A bizarre but worth it choice is Taurus, because both signs are ruled by Venus and understand each other well, even if the elements are not as compatible.
Aries are usually a little to rough for the Libra's love of asthetics, Leos are a little too demanding for an indecisive and cautious Scales male.
Libra in general should try to avoid choosing Capricorns and Virgos, because they are far too practical and not romantic and fanciful like Libra is.
Water signs may work, but only if the person in question has a compatible ascendent. Pisces in particular is a sign that will sympathize with Libra's views on the world. Cancer is a little too emotional for the intellectual Sales, and Scorpios may scare away Libras, just because Libras do not always want to see the darker sides of things...even though they possess that ability (which Scorpions seek out in mates).
