I keep a piece of jade and citrine in my purse..they both need cleaning alright now..they are tired........poor things.

Clear Quartz crystal is the best I think..but be careful about fakes..

Am just a big fan about gemstones...so you yap on and on..

But: try...whatever makes you feel comfortable the most..and do not forget to expose to sun / cleanse with salt water.
