It doesn't make any major diff. whether you were born at 06:30 or 07:00 AM because till 07:00 AM on September 05, 1977 (at TVM) you are getting Simha as Lagnam and Rohini Nakshatram.. If your birth of time is 07:03 AM -then you get Kanni as Lagnam and the Lagnam is occupied by the nasty Rahu further the detail provided by do not match so accurately..

However, after reading and checking the detail provided by you, I understand that your birth should have taken place at 06:57 AM.

Doing back placement based on life events works well when people are trying to determine moon placement between signs, or the more "macro" things. It tends to get sketchy working in increments a half hour or less... If someone else doesn't take the bait on this one, I may come back and have a look... but I'm not sure why what you already know isn't sufficient... I'm guessing it's a different astrology system or a test?

When I put together the 6:30 and 7am charts using western tropical zodiac with the Placidus house system, none of your planets jumped houses, although Saturn did conjunct the 12th house cusp, ~22 Leo, at 7am (but not at 6:30 ... ~15 Leo), and one could argue the sun/Mercury conjunction orb conjuncts your ascendant at 6:30am (~15 Virgo=asc), but by 7am is too broad (orb=~10 degrees; ~23Virgo=asc)...

The moon positions are only 15 minutes apart (6:27Gemini at 7am vs. 6:12 Gemini at 6:30am)... not generally considered a significant difference... The Sun through Mars are a mere minute apart...

Typically, I'd just split the difference (6:45) for a client and not worry with it, unless there was something specific that hung in the balance...
