How can an aries person let go of depression, and be fun and energetic again?!


Question: I used to be fun, exciting, full of energy, tough and strong. But i suffered from job burnout/depression, now i can barely function properly. How do i become the fun free spirited aries again?

You made the mistake a lot of Aries make in thinking their excitement, energy, toughness and strength somehow comes from outside, that it is somehow dependent on circumstances at the time: the right job, the right relationship, the right feeling, the "right" something as opposed to the "wrong" something. The fact of the matter is, if you want to capture, return and reinvent yourself as the fun, free spirit you were before, all you need to do is speak it, say it, be it, instantly....take all that pent up spontaneity that Aries are well known to possess, and apply it to yourself. It's that easy. I should know.
Aries are full of energy and enthusiasm. But I guess your impulsiveness gets you depressed and burned out because you don't carefully plan out what you are doing or think about finishing what you started. Things fall apart when you don't know how to finish what you do, as a result you now have a mess you made to pick up.

I think if you just think about the positive things, it should stray you away from being depressed.

sometimes I wonder and question myself on how I am feeling. Trust me, nothing ever keeps an Aries girl down no matter how tough it is. Just use logic in getting though emotional woes instead of focusing on it WITH emotion. Tell your self and believe that everything will be okay again in the end (& it will!). Be strong like the Aries you are.

Your on the right track. Your talking about your problems to all of us. After reading this, get ready for bed. When your depressed, get plenty of sleep. Make sure your eating good. drink lots of water, good brain food!! When you have the time. Try finding another job. Ask family to help. Such as pick up an application for me. take it back for me, stuff like that. Change your room. Or your home. Such as 1 gallon of paint. Paint the bathroom. What I'm saying is that it's new and different and you did it!! Bring in a new plant or fresh flowers are very cheery!
