As far as astrology is concerned, ANY sun sign can get along with any OTHER, although all of us are inclined to be attracted to a certain type of individual. Personally, I do not know of any marriages between a Taurus and Gemini but I am certain that all possible combinations do exist out there.
It is interesting to note that Taurus precedes Gemini on the zodiac wheel. As such, the Taurus individual is likely to have some Gemini influence in his birthchart and likewise for the Gemini. Alternatively, the Taurus male may have predominant Air energy in his chart and/or the Gemini female may have predominant earth energy in her chart.
Usually, for partners coming from such different elemental make-ip and perspectives, some compromise as seen from their birthcharts is required to make for a successful pairing. Nonetheless, both zodiac signs are the thinking type, meaning that they tend to think/analyse mentally before they act upon a decision.

Astrology is a load of crap. I still liek to read my horoscope, but purely for entertainment. If you look at an astronomy map with dates and constellations on it, its a super slim chance that your bday falls in that constellation. I'm not trying to put anyone down for liking astrology, just my opinion. I'm in an astronomy class and its actually pretty neat to find out that you don't fall in the sign you "are".
I think a marriage could work fine bewteeen anyone as long as there is chemistry, communication and trust. Your sign has nothing to do with it.
Dont let these people discourage you. Im a Taurus and currently in a relationship with a Gemini. So far so good. Taurus gives Gemini the stability they need and Gemini provides that quick wit that Taurus enjoys. I love my Gemini!
