I always get really moody and emotional when the moon's going through my 8th.
EDIT:, Well, it could be just skimming into your fourth, but I think mhiaa is right on the money when she attributes it to your cancer sun. Boneheaded of me to miss that, really. Sag is quincunx cancer, which is a challenging aspect, so chances are that the moon is just making an adverse aspect to your sun, and hence making you moody.
But look on the bright side, the moon moves so quickly that it'll be over in no time :-) In fact it could be over as we speak.

Depending upon where you live - I am in upstate NY - and it is about 27 degrees Sag. So you would have to adjust it for where you live. Which would make it conjunct Pluto, Scorpio's ruler. Scorpio is always emotional, but the Sag should be an uplifting influence.
You don't say what your rising sign is. But if you're Cancer sun, then depending upon what degree, then the sun is squaring you right now, not the moon. Sun is App 23 Libra right now. So if you were born around July 13 to the 23rd you would feel its effects.
So much depends on your chart, what house the sun is in, what house the moon is in, what you have rising, and the aspects and all.
And sorry, but Cancer suns are always emotional!, because the moon changes signs every 2 and 1/2 days. So their feelings constantly fluctuate. When Cancer has a good day, everybody has a good day. But when a Cancer has a bad day, everybody has a bad day because of their emotional whatever!
