The Moon matters the most since, it is closer to the earth, than the Sun or Venus. I am not a traditional astrologist. My Astrology is more logic based. The Sun in my system is good, for communication, and does have a more special relationship to the earth, than any of the planets. Communication and understanding {the Sun} each others mind, comes before really sharing your most sensitive side {the Moon} of oneself. In terms of love, the Moon & Venus are the most crucial. The Moon represents our most innermost needs/emotions whereas Venus represents the type of person we are attracted to and the methods we use to attract them when we go into 'flirt' mode.
However, from a man's perspective, the Moon is more significant as males tend to be the initiator in relationships, indicating that the Mars influence is actually more prominent than Venus'. But bearing your question in mind, out of the 3 planets you have mentioned, the Moon would be the most prominent in a man's chart.
