but if Libra was rising ur time of birth needs to be corrected 2000years ago
It REALLY depends on alot of other aspects on your chart as to how to will play out.
For me, the libra sort-of levels me out and makes me a little more logical and level-headed.
I think it's probably good that I have libra rising, since I am a quadruple Aires (Sun, moon, Venus and mars all conjunct).
Jsut remember that there is always a 'positive' and 'negative' side to every aspect of your chart and you can choose which one to play out in your life.
