never came across the thought that earth elements are liars and cheaters. esp caps and virgos. interesting question. well any sun sign could be really, just that the chances are, they arent usually a cap or a virgo i mean.
i dont know about the others, but i do know the caps and virgos that i know personally are fiercely loyal to their partners, even if they have a lingering doubt or temptation to cheat, they're just not cunning and efficient enough to execute promiscuisity or infidelity under the covers for a long time. not as good as a scorp. from my personal experience, scorps the winner at this. other professional cheaters (you dont even realize it under your nose for quite a time) and excellent 'playas' can be cancers, aries and gemini.
secretive, lustful and strategical scorp is really their call in the game of love. they usually get what they want no matter what people say. imaginative, intuitive and emotional cancer sways like the tide or the ocean, mystifies the curious, alluring victims into their water and inevitably drowns them. fiery aries have bonfires in them and doesnt recognize a red light. the more you stop them, the more they rebel. and they will make it very clear and blunt to you. and two faced geminis cant decide to settle on which face. and worst thing is, they dont even realize they have that inner struggle, even when you've pointed it to them, they still wont admit it. but they're fully equipped for the switches.
so, for me, those are the 4 signs that are the MOST LIKELY of cheating and lying, while putting up a straight face, like nothing happened.
also, have you ever notice the best winning actors and actresses around are of which signs? coincidently, they're usually a scorp/ cancer/ aries/ gemini or at least have their moons/mercury/venus under one of those signs.
Whether or not a person cheats has nothing to do with their astrological sign.

I have seen it personally in Scorpios ( because they want better sex ), Capricorns ( because they are immature ) , Pisces ( because they are sensual ) and Sagittarius ( because they like variety which is the spice of life) and Aries ( because they are cave-men and lust after women)

Different signs(and people) have different motivations for cheating. Not everyone has the same motivation...
I'm a Scorpio so unless someone gives me a reason to cheat, then I'm not gonna cheat and if I do... It will be without remorse or regret...... Every detail is well thought out and secrecy is never a problem........ For these reasons Scorpios are "said" to be the best cheaters........
Virgos are supposed to be known as people of "order." This is a little unfamiliar to me..... But Virgos can be obsessive compulsive as well, so you would think that Virgos could be great liars and cheaters.....
