cervical position. When you check your cervical position you will pick high, medium, or low for how far up it is. soft, firm, or medium for what it feels like. open, medium, or closed for the opening in your cervix.

If you want to check your cervix, first look up "cervical image" because it helps to know what it looks lilke! Thats what I had to do! Go here: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/HelpCente... Go half way down the page, it is right after BBT instructions. It will tell you how to check and record your cervix. It REALLY helps a lot! Try it.
