The winners of the power struggles will be those who have the staying power to be at the top. Personally, I'd go for Capricorn and Scorpio in the long run as they are 2 signs that strategize their moves very carefully behind the scenes and can wait for patiently for a long time to see results. The Fiery signs will fight for dominance but as they tend to get impatient rather easily, they will not stay on top that long ultimately.
Taurus of course
Virgo. the most intelligent sign.
I think that Libra might as they use the iron hand in the velvet glove trick. If not a sign like Leo.

I'd say top dog must be whoever has the intelligence and critical thinking ability to recognise what a complete pile of bullshite the whole wretched pseudo-science of astrology really is!

I have noticed that almost anyone claims to be THEIR sign. - It sounds reasonable anyway...
But, there is actually NO top dog and there's a rational explanation for that....Zodiac signs are "made"in a way that all share equal advantages and disadvantages...That's why all 12 bring balance! They are EQUAL.
Now as AstroLady said, Cap and Scorpio tend to be the most dominant for the long-run, if that's what you're asking about...
