I'm gemini, but I try to be as on time as possible, it's disrespectful to the other person to be majorly late!
Yes, as a matter of fact they are!! People with fixed signs may be said to be the most reliable people in the world, either for good or bad.
I'm a Sag - a mutable sign and I'm always on time. I'm never late.
Virgo is a mutable sign too and all the Virgos I know are very punctual and disciplined.
However, fixed signs like Taurus, Aqua, Scorpio and Leo, that I know, are not really punctual.
among all three, Leo should be the most on time.
Cancer, Aries, Libra and Gemini are the least likely to be on time.
Just my opinion
There is no established evidence that fixed signs are more likely to be on time. Personally, I feel that signs which are more conscientious and aware of the consequences of their own actions that are likely to be on time. Top of the list would be the pragmatic Earth signs - Capricorn, Taurus & Virgo as they are associated with the material/work realm and for many of them, time equates to money.
Alternatively, those signs with prominent Earth influence (Ascendent, Moon etc). I have a Gemini buddy and astrologically speaking, he should be termed as restless, flighty and always running late but because of this strong Virgo Ascendent and Moon, he's more punctual than I am!
I am a Capricorn myself and I can attest to the fact that I actually HATE making people wait and I try my best to at least arrive on time always for all appointments. I will actuatlly feel really bad and apologetic if i arrive late. This has definitely got to do with the amount of responsibility innate in our characters.
fixed signs are not very flexiable and if they want to it they can be early
i am muable signs and it depends if i want to be but iam somewhat always late
