I'm a scorpio & my husband is a cancer & we compliment each other quite nicely. I love my Cancer Hubby, as well as my MIL who is a Cancer.

i love cancers! i seem to be drawn to them (im a libra). all of my friends and some romantic boyfriends have been cancers.
yest, they are emotional but they are very caring and loving friends. in fact, all my cancer friends are school teachers.
not everyone fits their sign perfectly, especially if they are born on the cusp of another sign.
i absolutely LOVE being Libra. i fit it almost perfectly but there are some things that aren't like me at all. some cancers i know though are down on themselves about being cancers because they get too overinvested emotionally.

They are definitely emotional and there really is nothing one can do about it, not even themselves! People are repelled and attracted to others for a whole bevy of reasons so I would say that for those who are put off by people who wear their hearts on their sleeves or who show too much emotionalism, they would stay away from Cancerians. Might as well, because Cancerians should stay away from such people as well!

I think we are unique in many ways...I have noticed that like me many cancers tend to be overly empathetic and let tragedies even on the other side of the world effect them. But we are nurturing and compassionate...and I live every day to help others.
