My answer would probably be;
Their mistakes - so that we can gain more knowledge and insight so we can MORE better understanding to help you when ppl come to us for advice or just to tell us their problems. Pisces are known to be understanding, sympathetic, and are very good listeners- we just tend to lose our ground and our way sometimes but we always get back on track eventually and never give up !!
