When I had my daughter she came out and started sleeping all night almost right away. She was very quiet and watched everyone. She was very nosey always wanting to see where I was at and what I was doing. She was sweet and very quiet as an infant.
Young Scorpios have strong personalities. They know what they want and will go out and get it. Very loving and loyal to family and friends, Scorpios can, however, be wary of strangers. Your child may develop a trait of keeping his thoughts secret, but at the same time will be adept at finding out everyone else's secrets. Scorpios can often bear pain well so parents should learn to recognise small signs of discomfort from their babies.
At play a Scorpio baby will learn from people seen as being stronger than themselves. If anyone should break one of his toys, Scorpio will seek revenge. Scorpio children enjoy a good fight, and they intend to win.

I think the biggest thing is that they tend to be sensitive. They may not show it, but they will get their feelings hurt quite easily, which will usually result in them completely cutting you off. My cousin shares the same b-day and I remember his mom threatened to take away his favorite game because he didnt do as he was told. Well, he literally sulked for an entire day! He wouldn't talk to anyone, and he was 4! lol. Just be in tune with their sensitive side, as well as creative side! Try to stay in tune with him and don't force him to do something that may make him uncomfortable (like doing an activity he doesn't want to do, teasing him--even in a playful way) Good luck and congrats!
Everything the others have said.........They can be very competitive, they have to be first, they are perfectionist, yet shy away from the spotlight, they don't like attention constantly. The things you can do as a parent is encourage their competitive mind, but also let them know it is okay to lose now and again, and never underestimate them, this child could one day be our President, the sky is the limit for a Scorpio child, and they will push all boundaries................Good Luck............Iroc
As a Scorpio myself XD ehehe...my mom tells me a lot of stories when i was younger oh boy did i have a temper if i didn't get what i wanted when i wanted it i would do something stupid and get my self hurt....I would also be curious about everything and be nosy following people around...being curious not always god i hung of the wrong side of an escalator at the mall when i was 3!!!! crazy right i also climbed a fence didn't end good at ALL. lots more things
