Yeah..this is so typical between Virgo and Libra... Im a Lib and i can spot a Virgo a mile away...my advice is to nothing before it's time he won't give up at least not easily... it will be difficult to really discourage him so just be open and let him know you want to continue to get to know him...the thing about the virgo libra relationship is that virgo can become very critical jealous and restricting when it comes to libras social scene and libras generally hate to fuss and hates fussy details of virgo...so there definitely needs to be some understanding or you'll end up backing away...if not running... it can work and if you allow it to develop into a deeper relationship you will certainly learn a lot about who you are and what you are willing to tolerate... but yeah virgos can fall hard for libras...and libras can find a lot of needed stability and structure in virgos...earth signs move faster into relationships that air signs we tend to intellectualize everything and need a well develped friendship first... lovers and friends ...and I know virgos have a way of backing you into these kind of corners but keep it at your pace you two will be better off for it...

I've had a virgo tell me he loved me after knowing me for 3 days, another one tell me he wanted to spend forever with me after hanging out with him twice so I think it may be a virgo thing as for what to do I can't help u there

Ask him does he REALLY? Either Virgos are tight lipped or they overflow in their emotions.
