Leo would be the most confident, aries coming in second....as far as least confident I would say Libra and/or cancer

confidence or lack of in Physical appearance isn't an astrological characteristic, but rather a factor contrived on what society and people in general think of you.
If you are ugly by society standards you will have a lower confidence in yourself whether your an aries, leo or aquarius. Same goes for if everyone thinks your attractive your going to have an enormously large opinion of yourself whether or not your a cancer or a pisces.
Aquarius is usually going to be confident simply because their minds are usually on something less mundane than physical appearance. They have strong personalities which are very effective in counteracting physical appearances that may be unattractive by conventional standards.
Virgo is extremely vain and insecure. Libra is a close second, followed by Cancer and Capricorn.
Scorpio, Leo and Aries specialize in making everyone else feel insecure about their appearance! :)
Scorpios are really confident in everything they do. We're know for being the sign of lust, desire, & sexuality. The majority of my friends are other Scorpios, & they all think they're the s***, lol. As for least confident, I guess I'd have to say Pisces. From what I've read, this sign is extremely sensitive. They take criticism harder than others.
*This is just "generally" speaking, though. I know that not ALL Scorpios/Pisces are the same. I guess it depends on the individual.
