Sun signs and home decor - What's your style?!
Question: I'm a Scorpio. Ideally, I like to bring as much of the outside into the inside. I like big windows, plants, hardwood floors, marble floors, etc. I prefer blinds over drapes. I love tiffany lamps, paintings, and candles, as well. I dislike nicknacks and wall units.
What's your style, and what's your sun sign and your midheaven sign? (not sure what part of your astro make-up would determine a person's style preference)

Sun in Scorpio / Midheaven in Cancer
I like a modern, sleek style. Black, white, and silver colors appeal to me most in a home. Lots of space, with minimal furniture. Hardwood floors. Dark curtains. And some black and white photography framed on the walls.

Amazingly, my likes and dislikes are almost exactly like yours. I would add, I love to open windows. I love to open doors with screens. I love spaciousness and diffused lighting.

I love both the classic vintage Victorian look & the exotic Mediterranean look.
I'm a Sagittarius. For decorating, I love ethnic looking things, Asiain looking lamps, things that look like I traveled to Morrocco and brought some cool things back. For plants, I like exotic plants like Calla lillies and other brightly colored plants.
Im a Libra and i love anything beautiful, colourful and girly but not too girly. I love polished timber floors, vases of flowers, walk in wardrobe for all my numerous amounts of clothing, and a spa bath to relax on those stressful days.
I am a Sagittarian and ..almost all my furniture and decoration is from Asia ! I am a big fan of oriental art......lots of decorations on the walls from other countries too : didgeridoo, monkey skulls from Borneo..that kind of thing.
I have a somewhat masculine taste : I like wood a lot and absolutely not into girlie things...no flowers, frillies, knicknacks for me either..
Am even not a fan of displaying personal photographs !
I have lots of bookshelves too and guess..they are filled with travel biographies among other subjects..no romance novels for me !:-)
My house is far from being spartan though (in fact it is always in a bit of a mess !).....it is very Sagittarian in taste actually !
PS: like Epitome I have oriental lamps too lol !
