They definitely have a horoscope - I had a spoilt brat of an Aries/Taurus cuspborn cat and his personality was a contrast to the Piscean kitten's - I think the kitten got ignored! You have to experience it to believe it.
There are actually a few books on animal astrology... I can't remember the names of them right now, though. Meh. But if you go to any chain bookstore (Borders, etc...) and just search, you're sure to find something.
