I think Scorpio is genuinly the best sign for a female Leo. Leo girls LOVE attention, and Scorpios get totally obsessed with the ones they love so she'll have no problems there. Scorpios and Leos love to have sex, so that doesn't hurt either. Scorpio will likely get jealous from time to time from all the attention the Leo girl gets from other guys, but as long as she's his at the end of the day, it should be great sexual tension and keep things interesting.
