I am a real estate agent in Maine. I tell my buyers do you see yourself driving in to thie driveway? Go to the home and close your eyes do you feel like you are home? I think homes call us too.
I am feeling more inclined psychically towards the first house. As, I was viewing the 2nd house, it is showing me that around 4 months into the purchase that there is going to be a major repair that needs to be done involving the plumbing with the house, which I feel is going to be costly and possibly a financial burden as they are showing me psychically money going out the window. I would go towards the first one, yet you need to act really quickly, as I feel that a few other people are also interested in the home.
