Fed Up With The Partiality Aptitude Of Yahoo Bosses, I Wish To Change Over To So!
Question: Hi, I am Nupakry; I have been answering astrology related question from India for more than one-year through this site. I am an Indian and I answer from India but the Yahoo people have included me in USA site-I don’t know why! Although I am very happy on that account to be in USA but the truth is that I have never traveled to USA (Strictly speaking I have NEVER gone out of India so far in my this Birth!).
Even after my repeated request and begging through mails to the Yahoo officials, they never bothered to include me in India Top Ten. PROPF: I am in third place in the Top Ten astrologer in USA with 600 plus Best Answers. Whereas in Indian Top Ten position the Best Answers is still 126.Had I been included I would have been toping the category. Religiously speaking they should have included me in Indian Top Ten because I am an Indian and live in India since birth.
Secondly, they (Yahoo people) mercilessly delete my answers when the questions have been addressed in my name! On the other hand they delightfully encourage all the CUT & PASTE answers!! I have NEVER followed the “”principal”” of cutting and pasting (thus easily earning 10 points).
I do my own astrological calculations and write my answers, but the Yahoo “”Superintendents”” seldom pay any attention to the hard work of mine but they mercilessly DELETE my answer if the questioner would have used the word NUPAKRY in their question. On the other hand they encourage ‘Cut and Paste’ system and allow them to earn points well and occupy top positions.
I am really fed up with these Yahoo people’s partiality hence I am willing to shift my free of service to any other site where I can get real appreciation for my dedication (NOT MONEY).
I hope there would be some other sites where people would be expecting free astrology service. I request the readers of my question to guide me to such site. I wish to withdraw ONCE FOR ALL from Yahoo answers.

I think I can help you. You know what... YA did not include you in USA site. You chose to be in this site.
You see... Below the horoscope section, there is an "Answer International" which has many countries which we can select to participate in.
You are now currently using YA US (which I believe). Click on India and it will take you here

We can see from that site, the top answerer is Sudhakar1901 with just 126 best answers. And as you can see there are only 26 open questions available! The questions are different from the questions from YA US
If you're using YA US, Each Q&A you give will be all included under USA, UNLESS you use YA India. Having said that, you answers question ONLY from YA India (the 26 questions) then if your answer is chosen the best, you’ll be automatically put under YA India top ten answerer.
As you said "Yahoo mercilessly deletes my answers when the questions have been addressed in my name!” Dear Sir... because this has obviously violated the community guidelines http://answers.yahoo.com/info/community_...
They posted question with your name in it, it suggests some personal communication or some sort of chatting which means they have violated the rules and hence the questions had been removed.
To avoid this, I strongly suggest you give 'em a way to communicate with you in personal by allowing answers users to contact you via email, which you can activate it in your profile. (Go to edit profile). This is the only way.
I understand you're a real astrologer and you get fed up by people who know nothing about it come to this site giving some silly answers, copy and paste from other sites, and even making fun of astrology. This is life, Sir!
People are free to speak their minds.
YA is a place where people can share information and what they know to one another, regardless where that information comes from!
This is why, you can see there's a box under every answer for us to list our sources of the answers we've given. As long as people's answers could help, it’s all it matters!
The one who picks the best answers are not dumb either, the answer should help 'em a lot and again it’s all it matters.
I understand being a professional astrologer that you are, you got your own opinion and thinking. But restricting others for what they love doing is not right. Some people don’t take Astrology as serious, as professional and as good as you do, but it’s their freedom for doing so and there are some youngsters who love astrology as for fun. Let 'em have their fun. It doesn't hurt, right? Don’t take it too personally and keep it up your good work! We can't compare the real astrologers with ordinary people who love astrology. There's a significant gap.

That is a shame. Is there anything we here can do to make the situation here better for you? Should we be writing letters to YA or something? Would that help? I've wondered why I don't see your answers very often...
Anyhow, if you insist on moving to a different forum, tribe.net has some REALLY good astrology forums...maybe I'll be able to actually read your answers there.

I can understand your feelings. I know how the partiality attitude effect on one's feelings. What you are saying may be correct about the deletion of your answers when they find your name in the questions. May be that's the reason i didn't get the replies to few of my questions where i included your name. I could not contact you as i was not having your email address.
I saw many of your answers to questions raised by yahoo answers community and can see your sincere efforts and dedication in answering them and also can understand how tough it is sometimes to do the calculations. I have to really appreciate you for taking your time in understanding the problems in the questions and then sparing some time for the calculations to arrive at a possible solution. You are doing good thing for the needy. Its very unfortunate that the Yahoo people are not recognising your efforts. I will definitely let you know of any site when i come across. Emmm... this might be a long shot - but those questions addressed to you, did those people by any chance delete their accounts after recieving an answer?

Hi nupakry, this is siddhartha and i can understand your feelings.my proposal is as i am thinking of hosting a website of my own would you like to participate in it as an adviser?the reason and logic being why wait for yahoo or google or any one else when having our own website is not much of a pain .
secondly i ahd asked a question to you my self i think you didn`t get it.do you want me to send it to you again on some other mail id if you permit me to do so and sun is not in tula as you said it is in leo only but in poorava nakshatra of venus.
kindly think seriously there are 2 more people who will will on my site and they too are hardcore astrologers and very profound in their knowledge.it will be great to have all the good people on one site catering to the needy but i dont wish to keep it free.

I think the Question you have pointed out is right. If one is ready to serve the humanity & do work for human kind & moreover just for appreciation then yahoo Admins should take it seriously. Even your request is geniune. I think what #1 Girl has pointed might be right . Please go through that procedure & hopefully might get the solution. Otherwise there are few sites which are answering astrological queries of the people but one has to wait for a long time to get there queries answered. I think Yahoo is one of the best Platform to get fame & appreciation on Internationally. Atlast final decision is yours & we are with you.
