The thing about Scorpio moon people is that there can be a lot of seething intensity in their emotions although they rarely let this show on the surface. Plus the fact that he has a Cap Venus means that he is slow to approach the object of his desires, as this placement indicates that he has to be sure of his affections first before he's ready to make any moves.
