Find the degree of the sun, because that is the actual time of birth. Example: If you were born on Feb 10, 1962 at 8:20 am and you find the degree of the Sun at 20 degrees and 26 min. for the time of birth. On Feb 10, 1985 that degree falls on Feb 9. This is known as a Solar Return.

So to answer your question. Your actual birthday (Solar Return) will usually fall on March 1, plus or minus 2 days.
