NAH!! a person with mars in gemini is extremely quick minded but yes they do bore easily & probally does'nt finish tasks. I would look at his venus & what was inn it. Say for example a man with scorpio in venus would be alot more likely to stray than a man with an air sign in venus.

Mercury in Taurus in the 5th house would be more prone to be a flirt than Mars in Gemini in the 6th. You didn't state house positions. Depending upon the degree, mars could be in the 5th.
