I think Scorpios are very intuitive (I am one) therefore he can tell if you are serious or not...
So kind of get busy, you know when he calls and tries to make an appointment (this is a polite way) turn him down w a raincheck (thats the politness), tell him you'll meet up for lunch (therefore no messing around) then tell him you got to run again... right after lunch...(do this a couple of times... he'll realize "hey this girl doesnt mind spending time w me and not doing things w me anymore- so she's definitely moving on) then somehow after that when he calls and he's like what's up? Confronting you (obviously about the physical and night visitations... why only public mtgs) bc by then he will catch on... break it to him... tell him I like you we have fun, but we are just friends... (kind of corny I know) but you know that's when you have to tell him in convincing, yet friendly terms (bc you guys arent enemies) so therefore he shouldnt be rude about it... he hasnt asked you to be his girlfriend and if he waits a week to check up on you, he is not attached to were he is yet possessive so Im sure he knows this time would come that one of you would break this off... This way you two can remain friends and the next time you two hang out it'll still be fun but he'll know no funny business biting and all.
