Leo... and no, it's not a good match. Of course, Sun Sign is just one of many factors, so if a Scorpio and a Leo happen to get along and like each other, then great. But it's an exception to the rule.
Leo's are showy, domineering, and Scorpios tend to find them shallow, frivolous, flakey, and emotionally bankrupt. Leo's find Scorpios too withdrawn, moody, emotional, secretive, etc... Leo's tend to *think* they're very "emotional", but they're not... it's a very shallow/demonstrative kind of emotional, not a sensitive/empathetic/etc... kind of emotional, which they often realise once spending time with a Scorpio (who IS very emotional). Likewise, Leos are noted for being "loyal", and pride themselves on it, but are shocked when they realise how much loyalty Scorpios expect (and give)... and the Leo just doesn't compare.
Likewise, Scorpio's often seem very social, until you get to know them and realise for every hour of socializing they spend 5 hours locked in their room... which Leos, being social, don't like.
There's not really much good... they're one of the biggest clashes in the entire Zodiac. They're both intense, and their intensity doesn't scare the other (though the way they apply it sometimes does)... but... that's about it.
Basically... Leos are showy and demonstrative but shallow, Scorpios are secretive and calculating but freakishly emotional. Leos get bored with Scorpio's moodiness, Scorpio's get angry at Leo's "fake" persona and flightiness (ex: if you take a Scorpio to a party, it's expected that you will cling to them and allow them to cling to you ALL NIGHT... don't leave their side, or you'll hear about it. This is generally tough for Leos to understand/deal with). Also... Leo's want authority and "power", Scorpio's demand to play God.
