We Cappies don't make friends too easily and tend to be very selective in our mates as well (playing it safe than sorry). We can be slow to show our affections, so we are comfortable with a man who hides his feelings (initially at least), and patient with one who takes time to commit - if he is serious about commitments. And we, in return, expect a man to be patient and committed to us too!
Basically, we tend to "play for keeps" and are only interested in serious contenders in our game of love. Frivalous love affairs and casual relationship generally aren't our cup of tea. We take responsibility well and like to attract someone who's as emotionally stable, down-to-earth and pragmatic as us.
Apart from being serious, slightly aloof, responsibile, we also have an offbeat sense of humor whom we like to share with our closest associates. Oh, one more secret is that most of us are actually more emotionally vulnerable and unstable than we appear to be. There is often an aura of malancholy surounding the Cap personality (as a result of its ruling planet Saturn ridind hard on its natives) and hence, we can have drastic mood swings at times.

I'm cap, and I know cap women and for the most part, we try to get along with everyone, (but we dont take crap for long) and we mostly get along with other earth or water signs (not necessarily air signs, though they can).
Most capricorn women tend to be traditional when it comes on to love, and they love to be faithful and respected. Though sometimes they can be taken for a ride or manipulated, its because they expect everyone to be inherently good, but when they find out the truth, they're gone!
We're usually practical, but sometimes sort of pessimistic, and sometimes (though i wont admit it) miserly.
