Cancer is a water sign (ie: emotional, intuitive, compassionate, rather clingy...), and gets along best with other Water signs, namely Scorpio and Pisces. Scorpios and Cancers are the two most emotional signs of the zodiac, and are both loyal, passionate, devoted, empathetic, moody, intuitive, etc... But both are also very temperamental and secretive (but Scorpios moreso than Cancers). Scorpios yell, Cancers cry... and it's a vicious cycle. Scorpios love clinginess and moodiness, which is perfect for Cancers (since they're so moody and clingy). Pisces is also a great match... very emotional - but a bit less emotional than Cancers, and very intuitive - but a bit more intuitive than Cancers (Pisces and Scorpio are the two most intuitive signs). Both are passionate, intuitive, empathetic, compassionate, kind, sweet, affectionate, etc...
