There *is* a 13th Zodiac Sign, called Ophiuchus, which was relatively recently introduced into the Zodiac.. However, there's a lot of debate and controversy over it, as many people (myself included) brush it off as pseudo-Science BS grasping at celestial straws. The constellation obviously isn't new, and everyone's always known about it... yet until recently, no culture included it. Every culture a zodiac uses 12 signs... There has to be a reason for that.
I mean, I'm sure as hell not a Libra... at all.

13 is a prime number so that would mess a lot of things up. If there were only 11 signs it would be no good as well.
