You are an Aquarian, and most Aquarian signs transfer on the 20th, not the 21st, however you are early in your star sign, therefore you have a lot of the Capricorn assets as well. It's called Capricorn Setting...meaning the Capricorn traits are setting in the past as you become Aquarian. That is why you tend to choose Capricorns for friends, and surround yourself with them. You are best suited to someone who is a Scorpio, and a middle child in his/her family. You tend to be in control of situations and someone who can put their mind to something and just "do it", whereas others may have to really get educated first.
