i'm aquarius sun, scorpio rising.
rising sign usually shows your outer appearances; for example, although i'm an aquarius, mine seem much more fierce than my other aquarian friend whose rising sign's in capricorn. generally, it means that you present yourself more as an aquarius (fun loving, "i know the truth!" type, that seem aloof sometimes).
you might be less inclined to attach yourself deeply with someone at an emotional level but at the same time, once you do, you probably would never betray them or anything.
the two mixes are very confusing because air and water aren't the best mixes, but it means that while you have an intense view of life, your intellectual side isn't lacking.

A site (or part of a site) I fairly recently found that I'm totally in love with (it's scarily accurate...)... http://www.astro.com/horoscopes/ahor.asp Click on "Astro Click Portrait" (it's free). It will ask for you birth information (date, time, location... you MUST know the time to get an accurate chart), then give you an interactive chart. Just click on the various parts/planets/where lines connect and it will tell you about all the specific aspects. Once again... very accurate. Probably the second most accurate horoscope I've ever read.

If you have or know all your birth details like the city, date & time down to the minutes go there and follow their prompts to have a birth chart done. They do a great job of explaining the whole chart for you and it's all free.
