Anxiety over scholarship & job applications... Any word of advice? Can u predict!
Question: I have applied for a scholarship. This scholarship made me wait for a total of 6 months. Currently, I am waiting for their decision & although I knew from the start that I do not stand a chance. I am still hoping.
Also, I have applied for various available jobs online & among all the tons of applications I submitted, only one bore fruit. I was invited for a phone interview. I can't say I did well in the interview & I do not know whether they have reservations for hiring me. As is the case of the scholarship application, I am also hoping.
The hardest part in applying is hoping because things get scarier. I would always try to do my best to achieve my goals but often, fate comes along & snatches it away. I am so scared of hearing the sad news, of seeing my failure to take place before my eyes. Sometimes I wished they did not consider my applications & reply with such warmth & encouragement that it made me get my hopes so high.
Any predictions pls?

Huh... You were born the same year as my eldest sister. And in the same month as my other sister. And your sign is my opposite sign. Lol, I don't know, but I kinda thought that was funny. In an ironic sorta way...
Anyhow. I would say that your trying to hard, and always have been. And because you try so hard, when you hear that little bit of 'good news', you get your hope us thinking your hard work as paid off. Now that your seeking help for this, I'm sorry but I don't really think your licks gonna change... At least not this soon.
After reading this and taking what I said about trying too hard into consideration, your luck will start to change and from then on things are just gonna keep getting better. But only if you take what I said into consideration and make the change. If you do that your streak of bad luck will gone and over with.
But for now, it stays. Sorry... I never liked giving bad news...
