Question about Astrology?!
Question: I have a question, a few actually. My mom was very into the Astronomy. How do you do this? Where can I learn? I always found it very interesting and it was always just so WOW to me. (She's dead now, so asking is not an option to me)

I myself have always had very good intuition and as a child saw things, I hear things now and see things on occasion. They scare me at times, but I want to grow more. I think it's exciting but scary, does that make sense? I went to Lisa Williams website and she has these CD's of relaxation to meet your Spirit Guides etc.. has anyone done that before? What would it do? I don't want demands or upset spirits, if that's what I would get I'd pass but I'm very curious..
Anyways, my main question is about he Astrological Charts. The other is just for my curiosity. Thanks!!

A good place to start on Astrology is to work up your own chart. You can go to www.astro.com and use their free chart service. Then you click on 'free horoscopes' for help in delination. Try both the short report " personal portrait" and the interactive astroclick portrait.
From there, check out "The astrologer's handbook" by Sakoian and Acker, available in paperback, it will further help you to understand your chart.

Astronomy is a study of the stars in the sky vs Astrology which is the study of the planets/ contellations as they affect us. Pick up a pocket guide to the stars, a good place to start is the public library or your local book store. Don't overlook used book exchanges, they contain a wealth of used books.

You may very well be psychic. It is easy to develop those
skills. Don't be afraid. Knowing things in advance won't cause bad things to happen, if anything it will be of a great help to you. It may spook your friends and family, so it is wise to always be delicate in how you present advice to people.
There are numerous tapes out there that can help you get in touch with your spirit guides. Check out your local book store in the audio section. Sylvia Brown has several. You might alway want to check out the offerings on hay house:

there are many books for reference on astrology and about the stars, try getting tarot cards some also come with instructions. they are fun to read.
Hi, darlingg. Well, I believe in that thing with Spirit Guides..trust me that ish is truee honeybunz. But, like..it can be dangerous....all I'm gonna say is..don't EVER use an ouija board to try to 'contact' your spirit guide! no no no no! not good. lol. Bad things can be very very easy to make happen through that..if you are so unlucky to run into someone who would want bad things to happen just for fun =P. Please please just don't try it, ever. ok? lol. It's a little weird how that lady got 'voices of all the spirits' in her HEAD because of the ouija board....buut that's why I'm telling you, don't try the ouija board lmao. But, seriously, just read that site and ignore whatever seems to sound totally bizarre...I don't this lady is lying and I think she has some pretty nice info on spirit guides and all that stuff. She tells you her story..and she has many articles about different stories relating to the same subject (spirit guides), too.
I just ran into this site from an astrology directory one day lol. Just read it cuz I found the 'wisdom from the spirit guides' really really fascinating. And then I wanted to find out what that was all about lol...how it was possible especially....so I read on. There ya go...check it out.
