Ignore the stars on this one, whatever your normal opinions are. Incompatible stars do not always mean incompatible partners. My parents certainly aren't compatible signs, but they've still been married for forty two years.

Well, astrology compatibility also depends on the rest of both of your birth charts. Besides your sun signs (yours being Scorpio and hers being Virgo), there are also moons signs (representing your emotional core), rising/ascendant signs (how your project yourselves to the world), etc., etc., that may be more prominent than your actual sun signs and would explain the compatibility between the two of you. Google "free birth natal chart" and compare each others charts.
All and all though, you did marry each other, so there must be something between the two of you which brought you two together. Now, it seems you are having doubts.
