In this chart, 5th house has 4 planets.
Mars - Moola Trikona
Sun - Exalted
Venus
and Mercury
I am confused on how to judge/approach when we have such cluster of planets in one house.
a. Is 5th house finally strong or weak?
b. Which of these 4 planets(Sun,Mercury,Venus and Mars) are stong and which are weak.
c. Does Mer-Mars, Mer-Sun produce Raja Yoga
Please clarify.

AJ] Fifth house is weak. Aries is not a comfortable place for Mercury and Venus. Secondly, Mercury becomes strong Kendradipathya Dosha planet for Sagitarius ascendant hence its placement ruins the house where it is placed. Here it is placed in the 5th house. Venus becomes KPD for Vrischik (Moon sign). This placement must also to be taken seriously.
The MOST important point to noted here is: Mercury was heading for interplanetary war (Graha Youdha) at the time of birth. I hope you know what is Graha Yudha. On April 23, 1981 (two days after the birth of the native) both Mercury and Mars were in Graha Yudha and Mercury was defeated mercilessly. Mars is combust. Although Mercury has gained Vargottama strength, but it has already caused heavy damage to the concerned house therefore the fifth house is weak!
BJ] No doubt-Sun is strong. Here you need to concentrate on Ishat Bala and Kashta Bala. Ishta Bala of Sun: 49.02 in compare to 03.67 Kasta Bala. Mars’ Ishta Bala is: 46.72 and Kashta Bala is 07.69.
