Question: I'm not going to name names, but.......
there are times when a question is asked by a member here
like for example: "Does this sign match with me? ONLY personal experiences"
Which is perfectly normal, but then you get some joykill who copies & pastes from a website & to make matters worse, their answer takes up almost the WHOLE page!
How lazy do they think we are? If I wanted that kind of material then I would of searched myself.
They are not the chosen ones with all the answers- we all know the mighty Google does all the work for them.

There are multiple reasons for this
1. Wants your attention, thinking the long answer will convince you that they are right, but in reality it has it moments of manipulation.
2. They can't read "experience answers only." They are behind a computer, so they know there is no consequence into breaking a rule.
3. Selfish- They want to constantly answer a whole bunch of questions until they get a right answer.
4. Lazy- Putting thought into typing, annoys them.
5. In reality, they have NO experience to your question, but they want to come off as smart. They get off on the thought of healing a person's problem.

Dont let it get to you? we all take information in differently and its each individuals decision whether or not to react to it, majority off knowledge is just the transfer off knowledge from one person to another unless it is a new discovery. So your more then likely going to see repetition off information continuosly.

Yeah, but that's the kind of answers some people want, but not usually. I usually only ask opinionated questions though, so I won't get answers like that! :]]

Yeah, I hate that as well. I mean I've probably read every astrology website (and I read books) to find out answers, so it is a case of telling me what I already know. And when I answer for other people, I always give a personal story with it so they can see how it works in real life. Though I've read on here that there are people who hate it when people tell their own stories with it, so to each his own. I'll just keep answering questions my way and hope I help someone out. And I'll scroll past the long winded answers that I already know through and through.

It is annoying. Most of the time they don't even give credit. It is aggravating when they get the votes.

However, I have read some long replies that were obviously original, informative, and very well thought out.
i understand what you're saying...
although... sometimes, my answers get pretty long (just because i'm trying to give the "best" answer possible from my brain) and i tend to be verbose about it. sometimes, i get a thumb down just because my answer is long, and that makes me mad because i've obviously put a lot of thought into the answer...
oh well. it's their life.
OMG, you don't know how much I hate that! To be honest, when I post a question and people do that I skip their post and move on to the next one. I don't even read it.
I do so agree.. cutting and pasting such long things requires no original thoughts or opinions..
Yes, i noticed that also. noticed some other questions that keep getting asked by the same person sometimes, just re-phrased. Like get over themselves already, hehe. jokes.
**hate pasting- so i had to use up 5 pts to ask on how to link, hahaha. So this way i can just send them to that page instead of pasting, hehe. It uses less space that way and also to think- if they really wanted an answer bad enough, i don't think personal experiences are gonna be any different than the websites- they are all gonna be variable regardless anyways. I also don't understand how sum ppl don't know how to google for their little compatibilty questions- sheesh.
Yep. We'll have to get after Yahoo to include in the top answerers a "Copy and Paste King/Queen" category. However, I have noticed a lot of people are beginning to specify, "No copy and paste answers please, just personal experience." Maybe they'll get the hint???? And like was stated above, post the link! Or at least give the link the credit for all the stuff that's been copied. Like, duh? nobody can tell the difference between a human answer and one that's been copied from a website and sounds like it came out of a textbook?
I agree -- I don't even read LONG questions -- I won't read LONG answers either.....
