This means we tend to look at others with a "what resources do they have that we can utilize" attitude. But in no way does this also mean we will "use" them. I always thought use meant a negative - like when someone is unaware of ulterior motives. But to utilize someone's abilities means they can bring something great to the table. Morals are morals. Every person is different in what they view as right and wrong so please don't judge everyone based on a few.
I can definitely see where you might get that impression about april born people because we are so goal oriented (although we're great starters, we're horrible finishers.). We tend to underrate the importance of the individual as we have our eyes focused on more lofty goals. If you can approach the person that is doing this, they will most likely disagree with you initially then consider it and fix it. We like every element and aspect of our projects to be right.

Well not specifically, I think all people born in any month would use other people. Humans are that selfish~..
But their maybe a few in the world who don't.
I was born in april, and I've never been told that i use people. My friend does sometimes, but she was born in January. A lot of my close relatives were born in April,and none of them use people.
