This is a pretty good placement the Libra rising is an excellent aspect for any sign it makes your Capricorn sun more extroverted and social your Capricorn Sun is a sign of ambition hard work and virtues. The moon(emotions) in Pisces gives you the ability to feel others feelings as your own and makes up for your positions in Sagittarius and Cap not that they're bad but Sagittarius in mercury (planet of communication) is optimistic and good natured but unrestrained in saying somewhat insensitive thoughts from time to time.
