new agers are getting their message out pretty effectively, so yes, there is a sudden spike. more of a raising in interest; i wouldn't call it a spike unless it were to suddenly drop off again soon.

I agree with Pixie. There's always been some form of interest hence the "Age of the Aquarius". Since we're known for being eccentric, odd, weird, and rebellious it's kind of hard not to notice us.
