you need someone whose sun/rising/moon are in either earth or water signs.
the best would be the signs of the same element like pisces, cancer, and scorpio, but meeting someone with scorpio might be too much of a conflict against yourself, and it might not work too well... i suggest someone with strong cancer placement to mitigate the intenseness, or pisces, but since you have pisces rising, it might be better to go with someone who's got a lot of cancer rather than the others.
