The answer is YES. Especially for girls, a outstanding venus definitely make girls good looking. Here is what I found from real people I knew:
1, A girl with mars opposition venus (she is smoking hot).

I was about to say no, seeing as my Venus is in Sagittarius and I'm not tall and fitnessy-looking. But then I saw the answer about the clothes. I do love bright, flashy clothes. Not tacky, necessarily, but different. Unique. Even my regular "every-day" sneakers are bright green and yellow Brazilian Pumas. But then, I also have a Stellium in Sagittarius, so that may or may not be the case.
