Question: Or is it just an even mix of all of them? I've got the moon in Libra, with the following aspects:
Moon Conjunct Mars (in Libra)
Moon Conjunct Pluto (in Scorpio)
Moon Semisquare Sun (in Sagittarius)
Moon Sextile Neptune (in Capricorn)
And what's the overall effect of all of this, if any? Or do they each have separate effects even though they're all aspecting the moon? Does it bring emotion to my actions, vice-versa, or both?

First, you have to study Moon in Libra. This is the basis.
The Moon in Libra needs a nice and charmful environment and everything in good taste. Emotions are not the strongest here and the artistic side takes over more or less. Elegant touches appeal to Libras in general. They may seem above emotion, but they will feel really hurt if you forget their birthday.
Mars makes you more rational, adaptable and drawn toward other people.
It's usually not a good position for Mars in Libra since it is a difficult aspect regarding relationships. You will change often especially the conj Moon which doubles in changeability.
Now, the aspects come into play.
Mars Conj. gives a quick temper and your emotions can be highly charged but fleeting. You don't like to hold grudges.
Pluto conj. regenerates your emotions after they have been drained and you evolute after each time this happens.
The sextile Neptune acts as an invisible radar leading you through life and putting you in the right place at the right time.
I can't tell you to much on the other aspects because you didnot indicate if they were applying or separating from the Moon. Big difference in the outcome.
Finally , Moon semi-square Sun is an aspect of stress but not like a square aspect. This involves relationships in general and the lesson to learn from your agitations with the opposite sex.
The most powerful aspect will be one of the conjunctions, and of these, the one that's closest to your moon.

Well... maybe not a super planet, but their energies become very powerful.
The sextile would be next, but much much weaker than the conjunct. Sextiles are friendly aspects, they signify a basic harmony between planets.
Semisquare is usually regarded as fairly weak.
Moon conjunct Pluto/Mars will give you emotions a very deep and powerful quality, and you may even be able to harness and direct them to help you in projects, ideas, etc.
My advice is to exercise some restraint in letting your emotions out, as releasing such powerful things onto unsuspecting bystanders may leave you a bit alienated (and them a bit frazzled!). But by all means, find a suitable outlet for them (mars signifies that sport or exercise may be good?) because it WILL NOT do you good to bottle them up.
Moon Sextile Sun means your inner self and your emotions are at peace with one another. I find Libra moons to be very friendly, open individuals, which helps out your idealistic, excitable Sagittarius sun.
