yea, this is a highly subjective question. But then again it's the people bearing the sign that gives it its reputation. Based on pros and cons of signs alone Leo can certainly be a candidate for the best sign.
Take for example the characteristics usually most associated with them.
Creativity, Survival Instinct, Charisma, Dominance, Power, Generosity, Territoriality, Group Mentality etc.
