ok the biggest problem that i had was when my Capricorn Sun and Libra Asc clashes, im like debating with myself, not like in a psychitzophrenic way but just dosagreement.
ok like when i meet someone, my Cap would say errr.. should i talk to her? but im so shy and insecure. (dont laugh yet)
then Libra would say, oh your such a pansy, just get over there and get some lovin... so i go. haha
that also works for my pisces moon and my saggitarius merc.
my moon would be super considerate and sweet, but my sag would think, "agh this is so lame just do what you want to do man"

Sometimes, I think it depends on your situation. I think sometimes it is a way of helping yourself move on from an emotional event or sometimes it feels as if they are hepling you to determine what to do, so offereing guidance.

yes, the planets and stars can affect everything on earth so when you are having those odd instincutal almost thoughts that aren't quite you, it may be them.

I have to agree with blind on this one, too cos IT is funny b/c i often found myself thinking the same thing over the past summer- often looking up at the sky and actually wondering if the planets DO have that much infuence on/over us, LOL. You know what i mean??
Ppl often ask me what i'm thinking about, when they ask what i'm doing or want to know what i'm thinking about when they see that i'm lost in my thoughts- thinking of stuff like this and truthfully- i would like to tell them but i know for a fact that they will not fully get my meaning or fully understand so i usually just say "stuff." haha- they'll probably think i'm skitzo anyways. LOL.

I do think that they do btw cos not to sound too coo-koo or anything but i feel as if i'm being asked questions all the time in my thoughts or being let known of things- you know?? and i'm always thinking to find answers for these Qs within myself or elsewhere so that's why i say that- that, yes- they 'might', have that influence on us somehow, you know ??

Ok well, when I read your question and the answers listed above I had to stop and think about it for a few seconds to understand it.
Is what your asking something like this? For instance, I thought about it like this ---> When I'm alone and just thinking about certain things, usually thinking out loud ( I think out loud in public too. lol :P but more so when I really think about what I do in life and what happens in life) and I think out loud and/or write to understand what I need to understand about certain situations and how to come up with an answer to a question i had about myself or the things that happen in my life....like to give reason to everything. Cuz that's what I believe, that "Everything happens for a reason or with a reason." That everything and everyone has a purpose, big or small. And that it makes an impact on your life, big or small.
I'm new to Astrology but very interested in learning more, and with my birth chart it does make sense with the descriptions i found with my planets in certain signs and houses. I think it also has to do with how my Mercury is in Sagittarius and Moon in Scorpio maybe? Don't really know for sure. :(
Also, are you just talking about where the planets are in your birth chart or where the planets currently are now for your sign? Like the reason for the way you think for situations in your life and with what's going on around you and with other people that the planets are the reason for it?
