An Astrology chart takes time to prepare, so it is improbable that there are many 'walk in' places.

I live in a large city and there are lots of storefront places that cover all the bases. The claim is that they can do astrology, tarot, palm reading, the works. Sometimes as cheap as 5 to 10 dollars. (in NYC they sit out in the streets) Obvious they make enough to rent the place and make a profit.
The problem is that there is no way to tell if they are any good. No tests or ratings, just take their word and trust them. Not good enough for me, if they take money for a service, the consumer should be protected. Or a clear disclaimer.
Besides, instead of making small change why don't one win the JREF million prize by simply proving what they can do. It would be like building a better mouse trap.
