That's not a good or valid basis to know if you will be compatible. The best way is to get to know him first.

You know... you may borned at the same day, but your risings and houses in signs are most likely NOT the same, meaning he can look as different as hell...
If its the same, congrats, you've met your soulmate, this guy will think and act the same way as you, but only if his rising is the same as yours and the houses are also the same (which is very hard to achieve, i have houses that only exist in that sign for 0.23 degrees... 10 or 15 minutes more or less would be enough for they to change)...
Still, if you like his behavior = rising... give it a shot...
