Question: We have a past and its not been very good. He thinks I will abandon him and is very wary of getting hurt. I have never cheated on him but he contantly feels insecure. He tries to win me over if I ignore him or go away from him. When he sees that I like him, he goes away from me. This push pull has lasted for years. This is very disturbing for me, help me in understanding how i can help him overcome his fear of committment

I spent 2 years of my life with this push pull thing going on with a capricorn. You were either on top of the world with them, or at th e bottom of it. It was either me trying hard, or him trying hard. they have a hard time compromising because they only see their own ways and wants as right. Oh but ain't it great when you have the tables turned and they are the one doing the chasing? oh but don't it suck when they go cold and it is you doing the chasing? it never changes hun. either decide you will live that way, or get out of it. I for one, am glad I got off that constant rollercoaster.....even tho I will always love him with all my heart.....I am much happier.....

Push and pull seem to be a normal part of relationship, but it can be traumatic if both parties are sensitive.
I think I sort of understand; I am going thru the same thing.
The solution would be to keep communication lines open, which seems to not be happening..
But I sense that it will get better with time; the bond with both of you is there. Work at it by bringing positive energy to both of you. It will slowly ease it and trust can be gained again.
Also, honesty is one of the keys.

ooooh capricorn and taurus....Well, i am a capricorn and i ve known Taurus women. I like them. As a rule we are very compatable sexually, attracted and thats all goes until the relationship has to last. On that point something strange usually starts to happen. How to deal with that?
