Well, being a Pisces I'd have to say we are the most complicated. My mind never stops, and I'm always full of new ideas that sometimes cannot be expressed the way I'd like them to be. I've had several people ask me why I'm so complicated..lol and I'm thinking that I'm so easy to figure out. Many of the things you've listed above rings true for me as well, but you throw in a Pisces stubborness and you've got a whole complicated mess.
I'd have to say that Aries is a close second though. They have thoughts like Pisces, but are very impulsive. So, they are complicated in a different way. They are more the behavioral aspect where Pisces is more the mind.
Aries, they are the sign of the head and they are very impulsive they just do whatever they want when they feel like it and always feel like doing different things.

I'd say a scorpio is the most complicated. No one has a clue or understands what's going through our heads.
i would have to say that from Aries - Pisces the sign gets complex each transition to another sign.
Aries, the first sign of the zodiac is very predictable and acts on impulse, while Pisces the last sign of the zodiac, would be the most complicated, not only in understanding them, but the way they are built, Neptune rules all things that you cant see or touch.
I would say Pisces, and the sign just before it, Aquarius.

Well i am virgo too and i think that virgos are the most organized and methodical among all zodiac signs. Virgos are so perfectionists and planners that people get put off from them.
The Sign according to me who are uncontrollable are Geminis. They are so impulsive and they just don't think before acting. I found Geminis with uncontrollable mind and behavior.
i would go for pisces.

Seemingly random (Indicating a complex pattern, not readily recognizable to a casual observer), but not really? Sagittarius/Pisces.
And no one has mentioned GEMINI? They are the most complicated people I've ever met. There's not just one of them, there are two or three in their heads, all full of ideas and perspectives and energy... The only thing you can predict a Gemini will do for certain is be unpredictable.
